Refund policy

New or unused merchandise, receipt included, may be returned to Shades of Shades®, for a full refund within 30 days. Damaged or worn sunglasses will not be accepted.

Preorders and Backorders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by emailing our Shades Of Shades Concierge.

Our warranty extends to 1 year from the purchase date to cover all manufacturing defects, including, but not limited to missing components, delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating, bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating, premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating, and/or soldering defects.

Warranty does not cover scratches, stretching of the frames due to misuse, accidental damage caused through general use, or the loss of screws due to neglect. If you believe that you have an issue that is covered under our one year warranty, please contact Customer Support.
